Our company and most of our products have acquired local Indonesian standard and passed international quality standard:

ISO 13485 (Medical Equipment Standard), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Enviromental Management), OHSAS 18001 (Health and Work Safety), SNI (Indonesian Safety Standard for Hospital Furniture), SNI for Caster, CE Mark (European Safety Standard for Hospital Furniture), FDA (USA Safety Standard for Hospital Furniture).

MAK products have been continuously sold all over Europe, Middle East, and Japan. Most of MAK products have already fulfilled quality product standard according to the respective country.

What do we mean with “Faulty Product caused by Manufacturer mistake?”
A

Product defect when the products are used in proper usage and following user’s manual.

Example of Manufacturer fault:

  • Broken wheels used on smooth hospital flooring before 3 years of warranty period;
  • Electrical components breakdown before 3 years on a stable electrical situation;

Example of misused product (Not covered in MAK’s warranty):

  • Broken wheels due to usage in harsh terrain (ex: asphalt)
  • Electrical component are broken due to inconsistent electrical situation (ex: frequent power failure)
